Sadar Store enforces a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
Due to the nature of our products and/or business model, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Wrong product or colour ordered (please check details carefully).
- Dissatisfaction with the product choice.
By completing a purchase with us, you agree that all sales are final.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report an issue:

- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage or defect.
- Do not discard the item or packaging until we have reviewed your case.
If your return request is accepted due to a defect or error on our part, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are strictly limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items as determined by Sadar Store.
If your refund is approved:
- We will notify you via email.
- The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Please allow [5–10] business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Once an order has been shipped or processed, it cannot be cancelled, and our “All Sales Final” policy applies.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Sadar Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
